- Steve Gonzales was One Minute TM. He discussed gestures, with suggestions of ways for all to improve.
- Mike won best Table Topics.
- Karen stated, “When God finished with earth, the left over rock was dumped at Big Bend.” An interesting speech of love and exhaustion. Well-done Karen.
- Mary gave a ribbon winning speech “ Live, then Give.” Mary’s husband, Steve Hayes lived a courageous life waiting for a liver transplant that never came. Mary champions becoming an organ donor, and shared with us how to become involved. Thanks Mary.
- Mz Anne was scheduled to speak but had an illness at home. Hope all are well soon Anne. Hollis filled in with perhaps one of the few ‘true’ speeches I have ever given. (The End of the Tale)
- Gordon, Pete, Priscilla, and Antoinette were incisive evaluators, and gave us all directions to improve. Gordon won best.
