  • The meeting was opened on time by new President Jake North.
  • Prayer and Pledge was led by Dan Naden.
  • We had two visitors Priscella and Dwight.


  • Antoinette Griffin served as Toastmaster. The theme was the "New Years".
  • Timer was Steve Helmke.
  • Grammarian was Glenn Nielsen.
  • One Minute Toastmaster was Phil Hallmark.


  • Table Topics Master was Harry Savio. Asked questions were to Sonny Sontag, Anne Child, Glenn Nielsen (winner), JD Stewart.


  • Speaker #1 Karen "Just 10% Less"
  • Speaker #2 Mary Buker "Facing your fears in paradise" (tie winner) (most improved)
  • Speaker #3 Jim Comer "To be interesting, be interested" (tie winner)


  • General Evaluator was John McMillen.
  • Table Topics evaluator was Jonathan Huizingh
  • Evaluator #1 for Karen was John Beall.
  • Evaluator #2 for Mary was Lesley Bradstreet (winner).
  • Evaluator #3 for Jim was Darlene North.


  • After the Timer and Grammarian reports, control of the meeting was turned back over to Jake North. The schedule was read for our next meeting on January 15 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day).


  • The meeting was adjourned on time.
