Tutorial for Meeting Reporter

Congratulations! You have the "Cub Reporter" role at the next meeting.

The goal of the newsletter is to make those who weren't at the meeting wish they could have been there. Although we have provided a template feel free to have fun with this role. I like to think of it like a humorous and/or entertaining speech, only in writing. For great examples check the archives for Hollis Baker's submissions from the first six months of 2008 (linked from the Members page).

Send the completed minutes to members@balconestoastmasters.org, and the website administrator will post them to the website. You can include the minutes in the body of the message, or attach them to your eMail as a document, for example as a PDF.

Now channel Lois Lane or Jimmy Olsen (or whoever is your favorite writer) and have FUN!
