You are scheduled to evaluate Table Topics for the first time at our next Balcones TM meeting. I believe you have seen enough of these done such that you know what to do. You basically evaluate the whole TT session, which includes the speakers as well as the Table Topics Master. You will get an extra minute longer than the speech evaluators, i.e. 3-4 minutes (Green at 3, Yellow at 3 1/2, Red at 4).
